Both for national and international events 4Light is Par-T’s technical partner. Per situation a review is carried out to see if the best option is to work with local materials, or whether a combination of local materials with international materials should be opted for.

With this project, the decision was made to exclusively work with Dutch materials and to fly them in by plane. This resulted in a cargo flight of 55.000 kilos of audiovisual hardware, divided over 430 flight cases and dollies.
To avoid any surprises at a later stage, 4Light has, in cooperation with Rental and Mirage, arranged for the right travel documents for all the equipment.

For a correct installation and a proper operation of the show in Qatar, 4Light engaged a team of 14 Dutch technicians, in addition to a local team of 12 staff members. Everyone worked as a team on the disciplines Audio, Light, Video, Rigging, Laser and FX.
