Case: AMF
The customer’s desire was to create Pixel-Strings that could be re-used for other projects after this project was finished. A wish that originated during the stage design of this event, in which the three giant crosses of the logo of the city of Amsterdam determined the stage image.
In cooperation with the customer, 4Light came up with the idea of using temporary sizing clips, which could be removed afterwards so a standard product would be retained. The Pixels had to be aligned to be able to play video effects by means of a media server. The small cross was situated further back in the space than the large cross, which resulted in 22 different sizes of strings being needed to execute this project.
